Hot Air Generator

Augustina Tradelink series reciprocating grate furnace is a special designed hot air generator by burning biomass fuels. It is mainly consisted by reciprocating grate, mechanical drive system, combustion chamber, feeding hopper, ash remover, blower and exhaust fan.

Reciprocating grate is stair-like grate of which each stair is removable. When biomass fuel is fed onto the top stair via the feeding hopper, it will drop and turned over onto the next stair with the push of each stair. Most of the fuel will be burned on the middle part of the grate. The combustion air is blown into the combustion chamber from the grate bottom through the holes in each stair.

After heated, the hot air (800-1000°C) will be discharged by the exhaust fan for drying or heating process.

Supply Scope

The most versatile machine that is used to grind almost all types of biomass materials. The grinding takes place between the high speed swinging hammers and top / side liners. Once the particle size reduces to that of the perforated / bar type screen at the bottom. It will be discharged through the hopper. The fineness of the material can be controlled by changing the speed of rotor (hammer), content of serrations on liners, number of hammers and diameter of perforations on the screen.
